Account & Registration

Registering a klbet account is free and takes less than 3 minutes. Go to the Register, enter your full name (as on your IC), an active Malaysia phone number, email address, and create a password. After submitting the form, you will receive an OTP code via SMS to verify your phone number. Once verified, your account is immediately active and you can make your first deposit.

No. klbet policy allows only one account per individual. Holding multiple accounts is a violation of the terms of use and may result in all related accounts being frozen and any existing balances and bonuses being forfeited. If you already have an account but cannot log in, use the password recovery function or contact our support.

To complete the KYC (identity verification) process for withdrawal purposes, you will need to submit:
  • Clear front and back images of your Malaysia Identity Card (IC)
  • A selfie holding your IC (required in some cases)

Withdrawal

Withdrawals to Malaysian bank accounts are typically processed within 1 to 3 hours on business days once the request is approved. Withdrawals submitted on weekends or public holidays may take longer. For e-wallet withdrawals, processing is usually faster, within 30 minutes to 1 hour.

The minimum withdrawal limit at klbet is RM 50 per transaction. The maximum limit depends on your account level and KYC status. Members who have completed KYC verification are eligible for higher withdrawal limits. For exact information on your account's withdrawal limits, log in and check the Withdrawal Settings section.

There are several reasons a withdrawal request may be declined:
  • KYC incomplete or submitted documents are unclear
  • Bank account name does not match the name on your klbet account

A rollover requirement means you must wager a specified total amount using your bonus funds before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
